招生對象：
18—60周歲準備從事特種作業崗位工作或具有一定電工操作基礎需取得《特種作業操作證》（上崗證）
要考電工證首先要清楚自己是要考哪個證書，電工操作證也就是特種作業操作證，是卡片形式的（IC卡），這個由安監局發證，每三年復審一次。
